Dear Siobhan and staff, Thanks for your kindness and excellent care of my mother throughout the last week of her life. Knowing she was well cared for was a great comfort to me many thanks. I should add that the staff on the Nursing Home floor did a wonderful job looking after my mum in her last week of life. They were so kind and professional to her and supportive of me. I always knew the staff were good but it was another thing to see it first hand. The staff of the hostel also looked after mum very well in the years she lived there. I know she was grateful to have such a supportive place to live and had a high regard for the staff. All the staff truly embody the values of MLHB.

We would just like to once again thank all concerned at the Martin Luther Homes for the wonderful way in which you cared for our mother, Evelyn, over the last 4 years. She considered you all as her friends and we are delighted that she was able to spend her final days surrounded by those who truly cared. Love Rhonda and Glenys. |

Dear Thilo, (ex CEO), Please accept my and my families deepest gratitude for your placement of Paul at the home. It was indeed a wonderful answer to our prayers. He is now in our home of choice-where he is safe and so well cared for. Each time I visit I am impressed with the care and understanding the residents (and families) receive from the staff. I and our family especially Paul have been (and are) grateful for having this provision for Paul at this stage of his life. Sincerely and with gratitude |

To the staff at Martin Luther Homes Boronia The purpose of this letter is to say thank you and express my deepest appreciation for the dedicated and warm support directed to my brother. He has experienced tough times over recent years with the advancement of the Parkinson's disease that has so badly affected his quality of life. Since becoming a resident with you several months ago, I have observed him to be much happier and subsequently more able to meet the many challenges that face him. He is a good man who has led an active life - he very much appreciates all that you do for him. Thank you again for your kindness |
