Low Level Care

28 Units

These apartments are of generous proportions (20m²) and have their own ensuite and balcony. The units are in groups of four units within their own villa, which also includes a common sitting room with coffee/tea making facilities.

MLH: Units for residents with low care needs

All villas are connected by closed-in walkways to the community centre, which includes the dining room, a lounge area, a hairdressing salon and a doctor's consulting room.

Each unit is equipped with a hands free telephone and is linked to the 24 hour emergency call system. Services are provided throughout the day to residents commencing with breakfast delivered to their units.

High Level Care

30 Units

The High Level Care units are specifically designed for those with high level care needs due to either a frail condition or other physical disability.

MLH: New nursing home entrance

Each unit includes a large ensuite and is designed so that each resident has ease of access to the central dining, lounge and sitting areas. The units are also equipped with a hands free telephone and emergency call system.

Qualified nurses specifically trained to provide assistance to those with high level care needs are available 24 hours per day.

Dementia Specific Care

30 Units

These units are similar in design to the High Level Care units, but have the added feature of being fully secured, thus offering a safe environment for those with a dementia related illness.

Specialist staff are available during the day and night to offer support and assistance when required. Residents enjoy their own single unit with ensuite and have access to an attractive outside garden area.

Activity Centre

Martin Luther Homes has two diversional therapists, who provide programs on a regular basis during the week. The activities centre is used by all residents for craft activities, games, celebrations, film afternoons, church services and for special occasions.
